Background

All Blacks Hospitality held the exclusive rights to host Corporate Hospitality Events at all New Zealand–based All Blacks matches. With the arrival of the British & Irish Lions Tour (2017) and the Rugby World Cup (2019), the organization faced a major operational challenge — their existing systems and processes could no longer manage the scale and sophistication required for these premier events.

The Requirement

To meet growing demand, All Blacks Hospitality required a comprehensive digital platform that could:

  • Promote upcoming events and packages online.
  • Accept secure orders and payments.
  • Manage client communications and provide on-site support during event days.

The Solution

JET was engaged to design and deliver an integrated digital solution combining CK5 and JETSTREAM technologies.

CK5 powered the dynamic, user-managed website — enabling internal teams to create, edit, and publish event information, pricing options, and packages in real time.

JETSTREAM managed all back-office operations — including package configuration, pricing, ticket tracking, and financial reconciliation.

The CRM module within JETSTREAM recorded all client details, tracked sales conversations, and supported the ticketing process.

An API integration with Xero ensured seamless synchronization of all purchase and accounting data, allowing a small administration team to manage a large volume of transactions efficiently.

Additional Professional Services

In addition to the digital platform, JET provided creative and design services for Game Day Assets, including:

  • Branded banners
  • Menus
  • Event signage and wayfinding materials
