Introduction
Toro Churro, a mix of fixed and van-based franchises, faced challenges in remote communication, timesheet collection, and daily sales reporting. Jet Creative Studio implemented JetStream, a mobile-enabled reporting and data management system, to streamline these workflows and improve accuracy across all outlets.
Challenge
Toro Churro operates a mix of fixed and van-based outlets across multiple locations. Many franchise operators work remotely, creating communication challenges with head office — particularly around employee shift timesheets and daily sales reporting.
Before implementing JetStream, timesheets and sales reports were submitted via email, requiring manual data entry at head office. This process was time-consuming and prone to errors.
Solution
Jet Creative Studio developed a bespoke data collection system built on the JetStream database and JS5 user interface.
The new system allows outlet managers to easily complete their end-of-day sales reports, and enables all employees to submit timesheets directly from their mobile devices — making the process quick, accurate, and convenient.
At head office, data is automatically collected, analysed, and reported in real time, with full audit trails for accountability.
Outcome
The JetStream solution has delivered significant improvements in speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. Toro Churro now enjoys seamless communication between remote outlets and head office, with reliable reporting and simplified franchise management.
