Challenge
Pak'nSave Botany wanted an innovative way to manage and monitor employee standards and work habits. In a large workplace, it's easy for new employees to adopt informal habits from colleagues. The management team sought a creative and engaging method to communicate expectations and encourage consistent, high-performance behaviour across all departments.
Solution
We implemented QS5 as an employment review and feedback tool, designed to promote self-assessment and accountability. On a regular basis, employees were invited to complete a short survey with questions such as:
“Are you generally on time and ready to work at the start of your shift?”
Each question offered response options — Always, Mostly, Seldom, Never — which were scored automatically and summarised by department. This allowed team leaders to track results over time and incorporate them into their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Outcome
The QS5 solution provided Pak'nSave Botany with a simple, data-driven method to reinforce workplace standards, measure behavioural trends, and support continuous improvement. The process encouraged personal reflection among employees while giving managers actionable insights into team performance.
