Our client produces an annual brochure for members of their industry, allowing members to receive a standard entry at no cost. However, many opt to purchase one of several available advertisements. Historically, this was a manual process managed by an administrator, often taking several months to complete. As a result, numerous entries were outdated by the time of publication.
JET was engaged to review this process and proposed a QS5 survey solution. This platform enables members to select the advertisement type, input the desired wording, upload a logo file, and choose categories for business type and services offered. Upon completing the survey, members receive an email with their formatted advertisement for final approval.
This streamlined process has resulted in substantial time and cost savings, significantly reducing preparation time and enhancing the overall value of the final product.
