QS5 - Smart Survey and Data Management

QS5 (QSMART) is a powerful online survey management tool that lets you create, publish, and analyse surveys with ease. You can make your own surveys, publish them for public response, or send them directly to your clients, suppliers, or members.

QS5 is flexible enough to handle a wide range of applications, including:

• Competition or event entry
• Employment and performance reviews

• Exams and tests

All responses are securely stored in our managed database and are available for download or detailed analysis through our built-in reporting tools.

Intelligent Question Structure

One of the biggest challenges for survey managers is keeping respondents engaged long enough to complete the survey.
To help with this, QS5 uses intelligent question logic — designed to make each respondent's experience more relevant and personal.

Key principles include:

• Relevance: Avoid asking questions that are meaningless to the respondent. For example, if their name is already known (passed in via the survey link), QS5 will automatically skip that question
• Personalisation: Create a more engaging experience by including known information (like the respondent's name) directly in the questions.

Corporate Management

QS5 is designed to be used in large corporate businesses as well as small sole-trader or clubs. Your QS5 Account can have multiple 'Branding plans' and Multiple departments. Each department can have its own budget and management structure so that each department has control of their own spend.

Security is controlled at the survey level.  Each survey has a 'Survey Manager' and a 'Data Manager' access to the analysis data is limited to these people.

By tailoring each survey to the individual, QS5 dramatically improves response quality and completion rates.
