With QS5, we built and deployed all the necessary surveys, which were made easily accessible through QR codes displayed at each worksite entrance and exit. Contractors could simply scan the code using their phone to complete the required survey on the spot.
To enhance usability, we also created a management page that recognised returning users on their own devices — automatically populating their details for fast and seamless entry and exit processing.
The combined CK5 and QS5 solution delivered a fully automated, mobile-friendly safety management system. The use of QR codes simplified access for contractors, reduced administrative overhead, improved compliance tracking, and ensured all contractors were properly certified before entering the site.
