Showgirls is a busy hospitality venue employing a large number of staff. Many of the hostesses work part-time to fit around studies and other commitments. The company wanted a quick, flexible, and efficient job application system that streamlined the hiring process and reduced manual handling.
The application process also needed to include intelligent routing, presenting different questions depending on whether the applicant was applying for a bar staff, front of house, or hostess role. Additionally, applicants who were not legally able to work in New Zealand needed to be automatically filtered out early in the process.
